GCM evaluated Jeff’s skills and performance highlights and found not only was he a very cabable and driven sales performer, but his in-depth businss understanding was beyond most sales professionals. The GCM goal was to combine sales and new product/market developement. He received interview prep from GCM and learned how to present his transferable skills. It went over very well and the final interview resulted in a fair offer with potential of upwards of $200K in 2 years with a fast growing company.
GCM update 3.19.2009
March 19, 2009 — rfriesenChris had been laid off and came to GCM after interviewing with a number of companies and not receiving any offers. GCM identified his interviewing problem areas and helped to fine tune his sense of direction. The new GCM resume, along with extensive interview prep, resulted in much more positive response from employers. He interviewed with 8 different companies before finding just the right match and he is extremely happy with the package he was able to negotiate.
