GCM update 3.2.2009

Jeff had sold a business he had started when he came to GCM to find a new direction for his career.  Though he had conducted numerous interviews, his own interviewing skills as a candidate had not been fully formed as he had networked into most of his previous positions.  A clear and concise GCM resume, plus a more articulate and comprehensive presentation of his candidacy resulted in an offer to take on a turnaround situation and revitalize an area operation.  The challenge, the match and the offer were good ones and he readily accepted.
