Brad had been trying to position himself for internal growth for some time, but was getting no where. February 26, 2009 — rfriesenMichael used the GCM services to advance to a management level position with a new company with a presence in China. His new GCM documents resulted in several interviews with various companies. After many interview prep sessions to hone his presentation and communication skills, the right match finally came through. His new compensation is higher than he has ever received in his career and $18K higher than his most recent salary. He gets to travel to China and also work from home, spending more time with his son.
